What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your items for appraisal. This appears to be a 19th century provinical solid oak Louis XIV style armoire, with a single door with three hinges, in apparently good condition. The large solid oak mirror with half columns to each side dates to the late 19th century, the mirror glass appears to be in good condition consistent with age. The armoire would sell in the 200-400 USD range at a well advertised auction, same applies for the mirror. An antiques collector or interior designer who admires timeless good craftsmanship might be willing to pay more than the high estimate.
