Painting is framed in deluxe carved wooden frame. Painted in California between 1975-1985 and signed by M. Pitchford. (The late Mildred Pitchford).

This is a vintage, later 20th century, original painting on canvas of buildings along dirt drive or road with trees. It is signed M. Pitchford at lower right for Mildred Pitchford. The artist is not listed, meaning her works have not sold through larger auction houses and there is not a transparent record of past auction sales for works by her. The work is done in a naive or somewhat primitive style. The estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail 'asking prices' can be higher and vary.
