This is printed or painted on some type of cardboard or thin particle board. It looks good but there are some nails holes in it where the owner tried to nail the picture into the frame. You cannot see the holes as the frame covers that up. It has been behind a piece of acrylic so as far as I can tell, it isn't faded or scratched. When it is in the frame, you can still see the artists autograph. As for promoting the item, I need to talk to the owner. Until then, I checked the NO circle. She is an elderly lady and asked me if I knew anything about this. It was her husband's and he passed away not too long ago.
