Dear Christie,

Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.

The presented object appears to be a console table and etagere with the following measurements: Etagere: 28” w x 17” d x 72” h; Console table: 54” w x 17” d x 25”. The pieces are made out of a steel frame and glass plates. The design reminds of pieces made by Milo BAUGHMAN (1923-2003) designs that were often produced by Thayer Coggin. Usually, the pieces are labeled and marked.
Artworks of this artist were recently offered and sold on the international and national auction market.
This piece is in medium condition but there are no serious damages visible.
An estimation would be between 600 to 1200 USD.
This estimation is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.

With kind regards,

Gorgeous Georg,
I'm curious if the mild surface scratches in the gold chrome would be worth buffing out. Also, I found many more (by many, I mean about five) listings of the same console table (along with matching occasional tables) when I realized that it was commonly termed "Greek Key."
However, I'm pressed to find one single listing of this same etagere. Perhaps I am missing something (as I was with "Greek Key"). Thoughts?

Dear Christie,

Thank you for your email. Greek Key describes and architectural design ( That explains why it is often used in the design.

With kind regards,
