Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is: A vintage Herschede musical birds-eye maple long-case clock mid 20th Century The bonnet with a broken swan's neck cornice with rosette terminals and flanking a bulbous finial, over a tombstone-topped glass door, brass dial with moon-phases dial and chiming options (Canterbury, Westminster & Whittington), the case with engaged columns with acanthus bases, applied panel base, all on carved ogee bracket feet. 84 inches tall, 18 inches wide, 14 inches deep CONDITION: appears to be in good condition with working mechanisms.
