I think it looks Dutch cause of the lady wearing a hat.
I bought this from an op shop because I liked the frame it was in and under the mat board I found a signature and title of the painting but I can’t read it.
This is an original watercolor and ink painting on paper with a Dutch scene of people outdoors wth a house near the water. There is a windmill and a steepled church in the atmospheric background and the thatched gabled roof home is also Dutch or Flemish in style. The painting is on paper and illegibly signed at lower right. The condition is fair as the paper edges have chipped and appear brittle. The best way to conserve this would be to have it placed on an archival linen backing to extend its life. The estimate is based on actual apst sales of comparables.
