Decoded Message, announcing the Japanese had accepted our surrender terms

I have an original Navy Message that was decoded on August 14, 1945, It reads President Truman has just announced that Japan has accepted our surrender terms. End of Press It also shows my Grandfather's Initials where he decoded it, and that the transmission was sent from Subic Bay. This is in Mint Condition for just turning 75 years old.

Provenance

My grandfather was the Radio Operator on the USS Puffer, during World War 2. It has never been exhibited before.
