Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a last quarter 20th century production line painting from either Mexico or China. The winterlandscape shows a lake and forest near high snow covered mountains under a grey sky, it is signed lower right "Antonio". Such paintings in the Bob Ross technique were sold in department stores and the like for home decor. Similar is being produced today in the "painting village" Dafen in China. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the item.
