You have a Continental style walnut(?) upholstered wingback armchair, 20th Century, or circa 1974 if it was new at the time of purchase.
This style is not very popular at the moment but if the chair is structurally sound, comfortable and the upholstery is clean (it appears to be so in the photographs you provided) then it should sell within the estimates I have provided. If any or all of the above are not the case (if it is structurally unsound, uncomfortable or if the upholstery is in need of cleaning or considerably worn) then the value would be LESS than what I have suggested.
