Looks like a vintage ring some some other country. There's a couple different symbols on the front of the ring and on each side of the baby blue glass or some that's under the symbol on the very front of the ring. On the inside it says Josten 10 K.

I have no history on this ring. I've just accumulated gold over the years from trades and bargaining and bartering with others.
