Oil on canvas in possible the original frame. Two minor spot of paint last. Out of frame is 23"x18" with frame 28"x23" Generally, it is in a reasonable condition for the age. My guessing is from the 19th century. I purchased in Toronto in a local doctor's estate auction four years ago.
Local doctor's collection. I queried on his estate auction.
