Pink,black and white similar to confetti and splatter glass the inside is white it does appear to be hand blown as there is a pointail mark on bottom of vase. I do not see a signature on the bottom but I do not see well, no sticker

Vase is 10 inches tall and 9 inches wide at the widest point

I purchased it from an antique store
