The presented object appears to be a print on paper with the measurements of 12 x 16 inches. The print depicts a dinner scene and was probably made in the late 19th or early 20th century.
This piece is in very bad condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided. Sadly the devaluates this artwork.
A fair market estimation would be between 0 to 5 USD.
