This appears to be a woodblock print by Shiko MUNAKATA (1903-1975) , titled Spring Reflection from UTAUTAITAGASAKU, 1956 , measurement 38 x 34.79 cm, (Kodansha vol.6 No.116). A near identical print with a variation in the signature and seal was sold recently at auction in Japan. Some of his prints sell in 40 000 USD, but this particular print should currently sell - if authentic- within the price range listed above. The photos you provided are a little blurred, therefore I can´t rule out the possibility that the print in your possession is a reproduction print of only decorative value. The pencil signature should reflect a little if viewed frome the side.
