What does this mean?

This is a vintage early 20th century later impression of a Japanese woodblock print by the late 18th century Edo era artist, Toshusai Sharaku. The print also has an accompanying print pressed description in Japanese characters which is also translated in to English. The image itself features two actors from the Miyakoza or Metropolitan Theater, named Segawa Tomisaburo and Nakamura Mansei. The estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail 'asking prices' can be higher and vary.
