What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be the depiction of a religious jew blowing the shofar, carved in a walnut veneered composition board and painted in blue and gold colour, two palm trees to the left indicating that it was made in the Near East, most likely as a travel souvenir in the 1960s. It is the work of a talented amateur artist or a workshop specializing in decorative religion related home decor items. The estimate is based on similar sold at auctions.
