My guess is that they are from the last part of the 1900s or early 2000s. Based on the photos it is hard to see the size, colour and clarity of the diamonds but together with the emeralds they look very pretty and the design is beautiful and fashionable. I believe that they are made of 14 kt yellow gold.

I believe that this pair of earrings would attract the attention of both collectors and dealers if it came up for auction.
