It is a beautiful set of necklace and bracelet with black pearls. Such vintage jewellery are being offered at auction on a regular basis.
It is a very charming and unusual set with deep blue/black pearls. I am pretty sure that it would attract the attention of both dealers and collectors if it came up for auction. However pearls are not that expensive at the moment as they have gone slightly out of fashion. Still it is a nice and trendy set because of the dark blue/black colour of the pearls. It appears to be in fairly good condition. As for dating the set I believe it was made in the 1930s-1940s

The estimate provided is for a well-advertised specialised online jewellery auction, where I believe the pearl set has the best chance of realising its fullest potential. However, there is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the lovely black pearl necklace and bracelet. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.

In measuring this set the necklace is 17-1/2" to the latch and 18" through the latch and there are no scratches on the latch.
The set was bought new about 19-20 years ago.
