Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:

A Provincial Louis XV style birds-eye maple writing desk
first half 20th Century
The rectangular top with serpentine molded-edge front and rounded backsplash, over a corresponding frame fitted with a long drawer over a stylized foliate apron, raised on tall cabriole legs ending in trifid feet.
Approximately 30 inches high, 32 inches wide and 16 inches deep.
