The desk is wood the top has 4 pillar post that another roof sits on for design I suppose fancy woodwork the front comes down inside are 6 slots 3 on each side a larger in middle and 2 pull it drawers one on each side then there's one large pull out drawer in center of desk under that there are two doors that open with large space inside
