What does this mean?

Dear Melissa,

Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.

The presented object appears to be a Max Oscar Arnold Welsch bisque porcelain head doll. It was made in Germany and the maker's mark is visible on the back of the neck "MOA 200 Welsch Made in Germany". This doll was made in the late 19th or early 20th century.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided. The doll comes with a chair which the producer is unknown.
A fair market estimation would be between 100 to 250 USD.
This estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparable items. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and may vary.

With kind regards,
Georg
