What does this mean?

Thank you for submitting your items for appraisal. These appear to be three mid 20th century chinese ink brush paintings. Two bear the 白石 red chop mark which very much matches the one used by 齊白石 QI Baishi (1864-1957) The one with the frogs is inscribed " the old man Baishi at the age of 93 years", the other "the old man Baishi at the age of 88 years". Compared to accepted paintings by Qi Baishi I would consider the quality rather weak and the handwriting appears to differ, especially the sloping stroke in the 石 is disturbing. The artist is one of the most copied artist in the world. He was quite aware of this himself. He is known to have said, that he would guarantee the authenticity only if the watercolour is taken directly out of this hands, but at the garden door no longer. The third watercolour with the shrimps is quite nice, apparently signed 陶 斌 (?) and 平林 (??). Unfortunately I couldn´t find a matching biography. For this I would see the value in the price range listed. There is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the item
