It is a beautiful diamond and gold ring. Such vintage diamond rings and jewellery are being offered at auction on a regular basis.
The ring is made of 14 kt gold, it is set with a larger navette cut diamond in the center surrounded by 8 smaller diamonds. My guess is that a total carat weight would be around 0,8-1,0 ct. However this is just a guess based on the photos. It is hard to determine the size, quality, colour and clarity of the diamonds based on a photographs which is why the appraisal is conditional.

It is a lovely ring with a classic design and I believe that it would attract the attention of both collectors and dealers if it came up for auction.
The estimate provided is for a well-advertised specialised online jewellery auction, where I believe the ring has the best chance of realising its fullest potential. However, there is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the beautiful gold and diamond ring. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
