William and Mary Chest of Drawers and matching dressing table with mirror
Dresser is made of oak with built in jewelry box on top. Has wood carvings on jewelry box and on front of drawers.Also has bun legs with carvings. Same on dressing table with mirror. Also has hand made screws
It was given to me by a friend whom had lost his wife and didn't want to keep it.

Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a first quarter 20th century chest of drawers and a matching vanity dresser. Most likely walnut veneered, but difficult to judge from the photos provided. The glued on carved ornaments are very decorative and combine various styles in an eclectic manner. Currently such furniture is surprisingly inexpensive if sold at auction. The estimate is based on recent results for similar furniture. "Asking prices" in the trade can be higher and vary.
