Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
Based on the photographs, the signature looks like that of Adolf Richard Fleischmann (1892 - 1968), who was active/lived in New York. He is best known for geometric works but also did paintings in the style of Jean Dufy. HIs geometric works bring considerably more money at auction than his landscapes, of which yours is one.
