Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
It is a beautiful brooch/pendant. Such antique gold brooches/pendants are being offered at auction on a regular basis.
The brooch/pendant has a lovely design giving the owner the opportunity of wearing it either as a pendant or as a brooch. The ornamentation is delicate and it is very simple in an elegant way. I believe it was made in the first half of the 20th Century. I presume it is 14 kt gold. It is hard to see exactly how large the stones are as well as their clarity and colour. However the price is based on similar brooches being sold at auction recently and the I have added a bit extra because of the smart design that allows 2 functions.
The estimate provided is for a well-advertised specialised online jewellery auction, where I believe the pendant/brooch has the best chance of realising its fullest potential. However, there is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the lovely brooch/pendant. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
