Thank you for contacting Mearto and I apologize for the delay. This is a small gilt buddha, probably bronze, with a flame mandorla and two carved figures on each side. There is no marking on the base. The date and location of origin are unknown but it resembles Thai pieces (the shape of the base and headdress). Based on comparison with similar items and the condition, it is possibly from the 19th century. Below are links to auction sales of similar items to give you an idea of the market.
