What does this mean?

This is an antique, 19th century, mahogany round flip top gaming table with Queen Anne Revival style pad foot legs. The table can also serve as a decorative side or entry way table with lower register display shelf when not in use for gaming. The felt does appear to be re-done, or newer. The estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail 'asking prices' can be higher and vary.
