Elgin 555 u-s-a u147953 4 adjs 17 jewels I don't have the band pretty sure still works I'm afraid to mess with it to much on the back cap it reads cased and timed by Elgin national watch co.in the center of that writing it says 504wab&wuisechpard 10k gold filled below all that the number 746530 and some writing u can barely see Lxcw and maybe a signature under it I can't make out my eyes not that good.
