This is a limited edition framed color print from 1989 entitled Meta Harmonie by the Swiss Dadaist style artist, Jean Tinguely (1925-1991) that was purchased during the famed yearly Basel Art Fair in Switzerland, as mentioned in your Provenance statement. This edition was limited to 1800 copies. Assuming that this is indeed signed by hand by the artist and authentic the estimate is based on actual past auction sales of comparables. Retail asking prices can be higher and vary, if not signed by hand, the value is significantly less than the above estimate.
