What does this mean?

This is a pair of antique, 19th century, about 1885-1890. Victorian era, tall German porcelain handled ewers with Celestial Blue style glaze and all hand-painted decorations in a Rococo/Romanticism Revival style. The decorations are allegories of love based on works by Watteau. The mark, of a crown over Dresden is not a maker mark per se, it is a decorator mark. Saxony was the capital of Dresden and at the time there were several hundred studio and professional ceramic decorators. Most of the porcelain wares that were decorated were actually blank or white wares that were produced at the Meissen Factory though were deemed not up to snuff in quality. They were sold to the china decorators as 'seconds'. After some time, a coalition of 4 decorators, who were not related, decided to the register the Crown over Dresden mark so to distinguish themselves as quality decorators. Those firms were: Karl Richard Klemm, Donath & Co, Oswald Lorenz, Adolf Hamman. Later, some other decorators also used the Crown over Dresden mark, such as Ambrosius Lamm, Carl Thieme, Helena Wolfsohn and Franziska Hirsch. Unfortunately so much was destroyed during World War II, in terms of record keeping and comparables that determining the exact decorator, among the possible choices, of these ewers, cannot be definitively stated. The most possible hand in your pair is Richard Klemm. The estimate is for the pair together and is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparables. Retail 'asking prices' can be higher and vary.

Please also add some clear, in-focus extreme close-ups of the figures in the center cartouche to show the texture. Also check in the area of the cartouche for there may be an additional signature.
