I purchased this item about 20 years ago in China from an antique dealer. It is 205 mm high x 170 mm wide.
Thank you for contacting Mearto. This is a MIng style Chinese vase. It is qīng-huā; (lit. 'blue flowers/patterns'). The blue designs are done in underglaze technique, which creates a more dreamy effect. The flower painting on the base is unusual.
The characters on the base read: Da Ming Jiajing Nian Zhi, ‘Made in the Great Ming dynasty during the reign of the Jiajing Emperor’ (1522-1566). Seals are often apocryphal, applied in reverence to former reigns rather than records of when they were made.
Prices vary for these kinds of vases. Your vase is relatively small and appears to be in great condition. Both of these factors will have an effect on the price in comparison to other pieces. Below are some links to hammer prices of similar pieces. The Fair Market Value of your vase is between $600 and $900.
