What does this mean?

Good morning, Jonathan,
Thanks for confirming the dimensions and additional information about this chandelier.
This could very well have been made in Murano, which remains the most famous center of glass in Italy and is situated adjacent to Venice but, because I haven’t seen this in person I think it is best to be prudent and call this is Venetian. Here are a few recent auction sales of comparable six-light glass chandeliers to give you a sense of the auction market (the values Mearto gives are for auction purposes; if you have found this kind of chandelier on places like Chairish or 1stDibs, those prices are retail, which are always higher than auction but an important nuance to keep in mind). It is also a good idea to look at the estimates as well as the final prices achieved:

Based on the photographs and information provided, and subject to examination, you have a:

Overall height 51 inches, diameter 31 inches
PROVENANCE: acquired in Italy in the 1940s
CONDITION: appears to be electrified
$500-800 (represents a fair market value for auction purposes; retail or asking price may vary)

Please let us know if you have additional items to appraise, and thank you for using Mearto.

We had some documents that said it is a murano chandeliers. So if it is what is it worth?

Three of the four chandeliers in the auction records I sent you were also Murano and still did not bring huge sums of money, despite the name. I would be willing to amend the value slightly upward but do not wish to give you a falsely inflated idea of what this is worth on the auction market should you decide to sell it.
$600-900 would be the most I would value it; let me know if you'd like me to amend my valuation.
