It is a beautiful bracelet. Such vintage jewellery are being offered at auction on a regular basis.
It is an exceptionally high amount of diamonds that has been set in the bracelet and the design of the bracelet is unique. It would most certainly attract a lot of attention if it came up for sale at auction. The diamonds have some inclusions being VSI2. The bracelet appears to be in very good conditon without any or perhaps only minor signs of wear.
The retail price of such a bracelet is quite high as well as the replacement value compared to the second hand price. However it is a piece of jewellery that could surprise in a positive direction moneywise.

The estimate provided is for a well-advertised specialised online jewellery auction, where I believe the diamond bracelet has the best chance of realising its fullest potential. However, there is no measurement for the sentimental value you might attach to the beautiful diamond bracelet. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and vary.
