You have a Colonial Revival oak fall-front secretary bookcase, probably American, from the mid 20th century. There is probably a stamp, brand or label on it somewhere (these were often inside drawers, underneath the bottom of the piece or on the back) that would identify who made it; it was very likely mass produced. The fall-front is useful for hiding papers and other things from view but it is not a very convenient form for writing and, as a result, the form has been out of fashion for awhile and there is not much demand for this kind of piece of furniture on the market today.
