800 Ornate hand carved German silver flatware

Description
Set of 12 each knives and forks. Hallmark is Moon Crown 800 Eagle. They are very ornate and the pattern on the pieces seem to be hand carved.
Provenance
It has been in our family. My mother came from Germany, I believe she inherited it from one of her relatives from Germany. I have been unable to find any sort of match.
