Thank you for your patience. It is my determination that you have a 19th century, Chinese porcelain, covered vase with elephant handles which bear the mark of Qianlong (1736-95) but is not of the period. The molded body has been painted in bright enamel glazes and gilding with horses in a landscape which is more consistent with 19th century forms.
However, because of its size and decorative qualities, your vase is still a desirable piece in the market. Here are a few of the examples which bring me to my conclusion...
