Dear Gary, Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry. My sincere apologies for the delay with the appraisal. The presented object appears to be a British Model 1845 sword with a length of 38 inches and coming with a scabbard. This sword was made by the famous producer for blades Wilkinson and on the blade, we see the monogram of Queen Victoria. This dates this sword into her reign period 1837-1901 and after introducing Model 1845 into the second half of the 19th century.
Comparable objects were recently offered and sold on the international auction market.
This piece is in good condition and there is no serious damage visible in the images provided. A fair market estimation would be between 150 to 300 USD. This estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparable items. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and may vary. With kind regards,
 George
