If it has the original box it was presented in, that would add to the value a little Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is: A vintage bronze World War I Victory Medal Designed by J. E. Fraser of New York City in 1919 with a double rainbow moire ribbon affixed with three bronze bars embossed "St. Miguel / Meuse-argonne / Defence sector." The front bearing the winged figure of Victory. On the reverse is the inscription The Great War for Civilization and the coat of arms for the United States surmounted by a fasces, and on either side the names of the Allied and Associated Nations.
