Hello Tonya, I’m very glad that you chose Mearto for your online appraisal, Considering the photographs, overall pattern, glass quality and the colours, I concluded that this is an Entirely Hand Blown Murano Glass Wine Decanter. The piece dates back to the period between 1960 to 1980. The piece is shaped and decorated as a clown. The stopper of the piece is decorated as the head of the clown and the lower body as the body of the clown. The piece is mostly transparent except the stopper. For the hair, green glass was used, red for the mouth and dark blue for the eyes and nose. The piece was not marked. The piece appears to be made in average quality in comparison to it’s contemporaries. The piece appears to be in good condition without visible problems. Entirely hand blown. Dimensions: 20 Inches High and 8 Inches Wide Condition: The piece appears to be in good condition without visible problems. Provenance: Purchased by a collector from an antique store many years ago.
