The piece is made exclusively for "ABC" Carpet and Home. The company named this series of rugs as "Alchemy" due to their metallic colour shiftings alongside the piece. It does not adopt a traditional model or design in it's decoration but rather adopts a contemporary interpretation of Turkish Uşaks with it's large floral patterns and leaves. We can see that piece's decoration was dominated by tones of red as well as tones of gold and copper colours. The piece was specially designed to fir in a modern interior.
