Dear Chasity, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Thank you for your help and patience. My sincere apologies for the delay with the appraisal. The presented object appears to be an etching on paper with 7 x 9 inches measurements. The print depicts a view of Notre-Dame in Paris and is titled in the lower left corner "Parvis Notre-Dame". In the right corner "E.F(te), orig(le). Under this, there is an illegible signature in pencil. The named artist Vincent CHEVALIER (1770-1841) was a famous French photographer. The technique and style of this etching indicate that it was made probably in the 20th century. Comparable objects were recently not offered and sold on the international auction market. This piece is in good condition and no severe damage is visible in the images provided. A fair market estimation would be between 30 to 60 USD. This estimate is based on actual recent past recorded auction sales of comparable items. Retail "asking prices" can be higher and may vary. With kind regards, George
