Hi Justin,

Thank you for contacting Mearto with your appraisal inquiry.
If you'd like this appraisal to include dimensions, which is typical, please forward at your convenience the height and diameter of the top and I'll update this immediately.
Based on the photographs and information provided, and subject to examination, this is:

A late Victorian turned oak double-tier circular side table
stamped B-J Co., Jamestown, NY, late 19th Century
The circular top raised on ring-turned legs, over a shaped medial shelf, all on claw feet holding a glass ball.
29 1/2 inches high, 24 inches diameter
PROVENANCE: acquired at an estate sale
$150-200*

Please let us know if you have additional items to appraise, and thank you for using Mearto.

I am kind of disapointed with the due dilligence I had done a simple Google search and within 20 seconds found that it was made in jamestown NY and was doing the appraisal as some of there tables are highly valuable I updated the dimentions in the description could you please update that and take a 2nd look into the item as more cab be found easily or i will be requesting my credit back or a refund thank you respectfully Justin ~

I do apologize, Justin! Nothing came up but once I plugged in "Jamestown NY" then it came up immediately. I've updated the description and added the dimensions (thank you).

Based on some of the comparables I found your table would probably warrant a slightly lower estimate but I'll leave it where I initially put it. Here are the examples I found that have been offered in the past few years:
(did not sell) https://www.liveauctioneers.com/item/58534336_bj-co-889-ball-and-claw-foot-table
($50) https://www.liveauctioneers.com/item/46353489_circa-1900-tiger-oak-center-table-new-york
($180**) https://www.liveauctioneers.com/item/80948671_the-b-j-co-737-mission-oak-side-table-18-h-x-24 **Mission style furniture is more popular than Victorian or colonial revival, hence a better result at auction.

Again, apologies for the oversight. Let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns.
Best,
Delia
