Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is: A late Victorian / Aesthetic Movement carved walnut and chenille (?) upholstered platform rocking armchair American, late 19th Century With incised arched and pierced crest over a rectangular back with raised upholstery, incised carved stiles, straight arms raised on shaped ends over a trapezoidal seat, the rounded base frame raised on a platform. The front feet on porcelain casters (rollers).
