I inherited this painting, and do not know about the artist. I am not sure if it is oil or acrylic, but I think acrylic. My father bought it in the early eighties because I saw it in his house in either 85 or 86. I believe he bought it in the Dominican Republic, but it could be Bolivian or Peruvian ( which I think is unlikely).
