Unknown doll

It's an infant about 3 inches long. The legs are attached by visible wire that loops around from the attaching hole. There are holes where arm would seem to be attached but they are attached with light brown string so the hands touch the face. The head has a lace bonnet but no hair and the dress is baggy pinstripes. The face is dirty and dull with tiny eyes and the barest pink lips. It was found in my deceased mother in law's things.
