Thank you for submitting your item for appraisal. This appears to be a japanese bronze vase of the late Meiji period turned into a table lamp, inspected by Underwriters Laboratories Inc. The lamp base is constructed of two parts or former vases, each decorated with oriental floral ornaments and two figural or elephant head handles.The lamp base can be dated to the early 20th century, the lamp shade most likely last quarter 20th century. The estimate is based on similar items offered or sold at auction.
