The piece likely dates back to the period from 1970-1990. It is decorted by classical Kayserie floral patterns and with same knotting style using the Turkish Symmetrical knot. The piece looks like what we call a "quarter" in rug market. This refers to the prayer rugs or slightly larger area rugs. Kayserie rugs are known for their high precision, high knot density and for ther thin rug body. Earlier pieces tend to have higher knot density and more precise motifs.
