The most likely scenario is that this is not made by Louis Comfort Tiffany, Tiffany & Co., or Tiffany Studios but by any of at least a half-dozen companies that emulated their wares in the early decades of the 20th Century. If I were able to examine this in person, I would look for stamped marks - usually on the brass rims - that would identify the maker. Because I can't examine it, and because of the significant likelihood that this is NOT by Tiffany, I am calling it "Tiffany Style." If, at some point, you are able to examine it for marks and find Tiffany marks, please let me know as the value on this would be considerably higher.
