The signatures *look* authentic to me but it's next to impossible to authenticate signatures from photos; that said, I've given this the benefit of the doubt and assume the signatures are correct but my value is conditional on them being authenticated. If any/all of the signatures were determine to be spurrious, the value of this would be decorative, likely at/around $100. Based on the photos and information provided, and subject to examination, this is: Thure Thulstrup (American, 1848-1930), "The Winning Run "How is it Umpire?" 1885 colored lithograph after earlier woodcut engraving autographed by Mickey Mantle, Joe Demagio, and Ted Williams sheet 10 by 14 inches, unframed.
